This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 201pub online gaming platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Access to 201pub is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is performed at registration and may be requested at any time.
Each individual may hold only one active 201pub account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances. Each Philippine mobile number may be used for one registration only.
201pub operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. All games use certified RNGs. Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction and PAGCOR's complaint resolution process.
All 201pub bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
All withdrawal requests at 201pub are validated against the registered player profile. KYC documentation may be requested prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered to the account holder.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By creating an account on 201pub or by accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 201pub platform (201pub.co), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 201pub platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 201pub. By accessing the platform, clicking "I Agree," or completing registration, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
2.2 These Terms should be read together with the 201pub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 201pub.
2.3 201pub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
⚠️ STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 201pub. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use 201pub, you must:

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on 201pub. Registering multiple accounts using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers is strictly prohibited.
4.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must notify 201pub of any changes to your registered information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 201pub will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
4.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your 201pub account, you must notify 201pub support immediately. 201pub may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
201pub is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Processing of withdrawals above threshold amounts is contingent upon satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5.1 201pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods may change at 201pub's discretion; current options are displayed on the cashier page.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific payment methods may carry their own minimum or maximum transaction limits as displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 201pub reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
5.4 Deposits are generally credited to the 201pub wallet in real time for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer processing times may vary. 201pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 All transactions on 201pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
6.2 Prior to processing any withdrawal, 201pub may require completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation review.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms, bonus wagering requirements, and applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 201pub reserves the right to delay processing pending such review.
6.4 GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.5 Winnings derived from wagers placed using bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering and withdrawal conditions of the applicable promotion. Players must ensure applicable wagering requirements are met before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
7.1 201pub may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus-derived winnings will be specified in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 201pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has commenced satisfaction of wagering requirements, 201pub will act reasonably in determining an appropriate outcome on a case-by-case basis.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract value without genuine gameplay risk, or systematic pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and suspension of the account.
8.1 All games on the 201pub platform are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
8.2 All outcomes on 201pub games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. No wagering strategy, system, or external influence can alter the statistical probability of any game outcome. Past results have no bearing on future results.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, the affected round will be deemed void and any wager placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the player's balance. 201pub's determination of the outcome of any dispute arising from a technical error is final.
8.4 Bets placed and accepted by 201pub's system are binding. Players are responsible for verifying their bets before confirming. 201pub will not reverse bets placed in error by the player.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 201pub and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
10.1 201pub is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to support players in managing their gambling activity.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon processing. During a self-exclusion period, 201pub will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform. Self-exclusion periods may range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
10.3 Players who are under 21 years of age, or who are registered with PAGCOR's exclusion database, are not permitted to access 201pub. 201pub participates in PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme.

11.1 All content on the 201pub platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, and text — is the proprietary intellectual property of 201pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 201pub platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights or licences in any intellectual property are transferred to you by these Terms or by your use of the platform.
11.3 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the 201pub platform without prior written consent from 201pub.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 201pub's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12.2 201pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
12.3 201pub does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
13.1 201pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or PAGCOR direction.
13.2 You may close your 201pub account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to KYC requirements and these Terms.
13.3 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 201pub may forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposits, to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 201pub's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its applicable complaints procedure.
14.3 For disputes not resolved through the above process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.1 201pub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform.
15.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of 201pub following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
